Refund Policy

 

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations for orders that have already been shipped out.

Product Returns

You have the right to apply for a product return within 14 days after receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be retained in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

Note: You will be charged a maximum of once for shipping costs (including return shipping). No restocking fees will be imposed on you for product returns.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the return. We will also notify you via email whether your refund application has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within a specified number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Recheck your bank account or online banking statement for the refund credit.
  2. Contact your credit card company – refunds may take additional time to be officially posted to your account.
  3. Contact your bank directly – there is typically a processing period before refunds are reflected in your account.
